Methods of use with redundant machinery equipment

For a machine with redundant power supply devices, power on only the main power supply device first. Record the output voltage and current of the main power supply device after it is installed and debugs. Power off the main power supply and power on the backup power supply. Perform debugging based on the output voltage and current of the main power supply. After debugging, power on the main power supply and redundant devices at the same time. After normal operation, the redundant machine equipment and the main power supply are also turned on together, in case of the shutdown of the common machine equipment due to unexpected circumstances, the backup machine equipment to continuously supply power to the load. Method of use of electron gun power supply

1. Use of heat gun power supply (Take 100KW electron gun as an example, turn on the power supply after the vacuum degree in the furnace reaches the requirement).

● First turn on the filament power supply, the current in about 15A preheating.

● Increase the filament current to about 20A for intermediate preheating.

● Increase the filament current to about 25A and turn on the main high-voltage power supply of 3OW

● The negative high-voltage power supply gradually increases from zero, observe the beam spot of the electron beam through the observation window, adjust the beam point focus and pattern deflection to achieve the desired target pattern.

● Increase the output voltage of the auxiliary high voltage power supply (the speed of the auxiliary high voltage power supply regulation must be slow, the output voltage of the auxiliary high voltage power supply determines the output power of the electron gun), to adjust the output power of the electron gun.

● The basic principle of the power of the electron gun: whether using powder raw materials or refining sintered raw materials, the basic principle of the power of the electron gun is to start from a small power, with the reduction of the number and range of the electron gun vacuum furnace body and gradually increase the power. The head of the hot gun is generally required to be equipped with a molecular pump, which is used to improve the vacuum degree of the electron gun to reduce the number and range of high pressure ignition in the vacuum furnace of the electron gun.


2. Use of cold gun power supply (Take high-power metal melting electron gun as an example, turn on the power supply after the vacuum degree in the furnace reaches the requirement)

If the current is low or basically no current, gas can be filled into the furnace body according to the volume ratio of the furnace body (gas varies according to the different smelter, refer to the melting process).

● When the lighting frequency is reduced, the output current can be increased until the full power or the required power.


Use environment and maintenance of electron gun power equipment

● The high-voltage power supply of electron gun is generally a high-power power supply. The air-cooled power supply generally requires the room environment to be well ventilated or equipped with air exchange equipment due to the need of heat dissipation, and the ambient temperature is controlled between 10 and 40 degrees below zero. The water-cooled power supply does not require the ventilation of the room environment, and the ambient temperature can be controlled between 5 degrees and 50 degrees.

● The dust requirement level of the electron gun high voltage power supply is determined by whether the high voltage component of the power supply equipment is exposed in the air. The high voltage component of the mega electron high voltage power supply is placed inside the oil tank, and the air is not directly in contact with the dust protection requirement is not too high.

● All power equipment is designed in accordance with a more reasonable grid environment to design the circuit, in order to achieve the more optimized principle, the general requirements of the AC grid voltage between 342 and 420.
